Meet Bechir Chehab.
PADI Course Director and EFR Instructor Trainer focused on developing confident, responsible dive professionals.
Bechir began diving in Beirut through a Discover Scuba Diving experience. With 20 years in diving and six years with Omanta. Bechir is the only PADI Course Director and EFR Instructor Trainer in Oman. He teaches across the full course range, with a particular passion for professional-level development and shaping future scuba leaders.
He is also a strong advocate for the ocean and brings sustainability and environmental awareness into every course he teaches.

What is your most memorable underwater moment?
Coming face to face with an oceanic manta.
What advice would you give to a new diver?
Treat diving as an ongoing cycle of education and practice. Keep your knowledge current, and do not let competition get in the way of your progress.
