- Strengthen buoyancy, awareness and independent dive planning

- Instructor-led knowledge review and required training sessions
- Course-specific practical applications and training dives where applicable
- Materials, equipment and certification processing confirmed before enrollment

Prerequisites
- PADI Open Water Diver or Junior Open Water Diver
- A qualifying entry-level certification may be accepted after review
- Medical fitness requirements apply

- PADI identifies five open-water dives with no final exam
- The three elective Adventure Dives are agreed with the instructor and depend on conditions and availability
- Depth limits and junior-diver restrictions always apply
Certification / outcome: Successful students earn the age-appropriate PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification. Maximum training and post-certification depth depend on age and prior certification.
